The Owner
James started Summit Plumbing Co. in 2009 after 10 years working for a large plumbing franchise. Frustrated by upselling and poor customer service, he wanted to build something different — a plumbing company that actually put customers first.
Today Summit Plumbing serves hundreds of Austin homeowners every year, built entirely on word-of-mouth referrals and a simple promise: show up on time, do the job right, charge a fair price.
